Abstract

A hair brush having bristles Fig. 1 attached to a member Fig. 2 which is rotatable with respect to the handle and spindle Fig. 3. There is a roughened surface on the member Fig. 5 where a person may apply pressure with the thumb to slow down the rotation that is desirable to the user. The self locking spring action device Fig. 6 when compressed fully, allows the user to withdraw the handle and spindle Fig. 3 from the member Fig. 2. This separation allows the user to clean the brush thoroughly for good hygene. <IMAGE>

Description

Acording to the present invention,The Rotating Brush Head.FIG.I.

Rotates on a spindle FIG.2. while the brush handle.FIG.3.remains stationary.

Incorperated in the handle is a small button FIG.4.

when pressed, this slows down the rotation.

When this button FIG.4.is pushed forward, the stop pin on FIG.4.locates th9. holes in bearing FIG.5.and this-stops the brush head rotating.

The following drawings are side elivation and are cut away to show the working parts.IN the case of FIG 5 this gives a front elevation as well,showing stop holes in bearing.

1. CLAIM THE ROTATING HAIR BRUSH HEAD.TO ROTATE CLOCKWISE and,or,ANTICLOCKWISE.

   AND INCORPERATING ON THE BRUSH,A SLOW- STOP DEVICE,TO RISTICT THE ROTATION OF THE HAIR BRUSH HEAD.CLOCKWISE and or ANTICLOCKWISE.

   WHILE THE HANDLE OF THE ROTATING HAIR,BRUSH REMAINS STATIONARY.
