Garden panels are produced from polyester resin reinforced with timber and chop strand glass fibre matting. <IMAGE>

Description

DESCRIPTION This invention relates to, Fiberglass reinforced decorative garden fence panels.
Essentialy this is a new method of producing fence panels which are far more durable and maintainance free than the present timber constructed type.
Firstly moulds are produced to the size and style required se figs 1-5 A coloured polyester gel is painted into the mould base.
A chop strand fiberglass matting is then pressed into the gel, a timber frame positioned around the perimiter to strengthen the panel followed by a further layer of matting, A final layer of polyester gel is then applied to the complete panel.
Fig 1-5A Shows styles of panels to be produced.
Fig 6 Showes cross section of panelslayers.

  1. CLAIMS.
    !. Relates to a fiberglass reinforced garden fence panel.
  2. 2. As in claim 1. with coloured polyester resin of; White, Chestnut; Red cedar and Dark brown.
  3. 3. As in claim 1. and 2. with timber frame supporting perimiter of panel.
  4. 4. As in claim 1. 2. and 3. in styles shown in figs 1-5a.
