Description
IMPACT ABSORPTION SOLE
The present invention relates to a shoe's sole, more particularly to an impact absorption sole which is provided with a plurality of bellows type of spring members in order to absorb a shock of the heel of a user's foot when walking and/or jumping.
It is well-known that various types of absorption members have been introduced in order to absorb and relax with the shock impact of a user's heel. Among the absorption members a tube type disadvantageously involves a high production cost due to the complicated process of manufacturing. In addition the design has a poor appearance.
A known impact absorption sole havs airholes designed to absorb the impact by having an instantaneously pressed flow of air through said airholes when walking. However, for this sole a number of manufacturing processes are involved due to the complicated structure between sole and shoe lower member.
Thus all of these disadvantages have a negative effect in quality and the production cost. However, if a manufacturer wants to sell his products successfully in commerce, the cost should be s low as possible, while improving the quality and the exterior of the shoe's sole at the same time.
An object of the present invention is to provide a shoe's sole having impact absorption member which can be completed with a simple structure.
The object of the present invention is to provide an impact absorption sole which can be completed with a simple structure as a plurality of bellows type of spring members in order to absorb the shock of the heel of a user's foot when walking and/or jumping, while improving the quality and the exterior of the shoe's sole at the same time.
The above object is achieved through a sole which is contacted with a user's heel and which has cushion member, which is inserted in the recess. The cushion member assuming the box type, has a plurality of bellows type of spring members. A cushion of raised elements are formed on the lower element of the cushion member traversing it.
The features of the present invention are further described with reference to the following description of a preferred embodiment thereof as shown in the accompanying drawings, of which:
Figure 1 illustrates a partial removal perspective view of the shoe's sole, which is turned upside down;
Figure 2 illustrates a lateral cross-section taken along lines II-II of Figure 1; and
Figure 3 illustrates a partial top elevation of Figure 1.
With reference to the above drawings, Figure 1 to Figure 3, the sole 1 according to the present invention forms a boxlike recess 2, which is inserted in the cushion member 3. The cushion member 3 is provided a plurality of bellow type cushion springs 5 in a cavity 4. The lower element 3a of the cushion member 3 forms raised cushion elements 6 traversing the sole 1.
The cavity 4 formed in the cushion member 3 assuming the shape of an air tight box is provided a plurality of cushion springs 5, which may be made of such materials as synthetic rubber of thermoplastic rubber or pvc.
Otherwise, the cushion member 3 may be made of such materials as polyurethane, which forms a plurality of raised cushion elements 6 on the lower element 3a. These raised cushion elements 6 and the lower element 3a are contacted with the ground.
A shoe having the sole 1 in accordance with the present invention smoothly absorbs the shock power by means of the cushion springs 5 of the cushion member 3 when a user is walking and/or jumping.
The cushion member 3 is inserted in the recess 2 of the sole 1 in order to be operated on the highest pressure on the lower element 3a of the sole 1 during walking and/or jumping.
Furthermore, the sole, according the invention provides a simple structure with improvement in quality and exterior of the sole, and which is soft and comfortable when walking and/or jumping.
Other aspects, objection and advantages of the present invention can be obtained from a study of the drawings, the disclosure and appended claims.
