Abstract
A bath is provided with an ultrasonic wave generator immersible in the bathwater 4 so that the bather may be subjected to ultrasonic waves. The ultrasonic waves are generated in waterproof housing 3. The ultrasonic wave generating equipment comprises transformer 1 supplying a reduced voltage to an electrical circuit comprising a vibration generating circuit, a leakage protecting feedback transformer, an output winding to provide output pulses, a selector switch 24 for selecting an output frequency, and vibrators within housing 3. <IMAGE>
Description
TITLE OF THE INVENTION Ultrasonic bath BC:6ROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention is related to an ultrasonic bath and more particularly to the one which can massage human body by means of the ultrasonic wave through the bath water.
It has been a well known technique to utilize the ultrasonic wave tor removing dust or impurities from the surface of things. One application of the ultrasonic wave is to massage human body by means c,t the bath water. More particularly, the athletes are very like to take an ultrasonic bath after emcrcíses because it helps one to expel carbonic acids from ones body so that one can recover the strength quickly. Regular ultrasonic bath is very expensive not suitable for regular home use and it consumes much water and energy to increase its working cost.
An object of the present invention is to provide an ultrasonic bath, which can massage human body by means of the ultrasonic wave through the bath water.
Nnother object of the present invention is to provide an ultrasonic bath, which includes a feedback transformer to protect the device from electric leakage.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide an ultrasonic bath, which is inexpensive to manufacture and economic in use.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide an ultrasonic bath, which can be conveniently used in an existing full-length or personal bath or the like, without the change of building construction.
To accomplish the said objects, an ultrasonic bath of the present invention shall comprise a transformer to drop the voltage of regular AC power supply; a main circuit which comprises a vibration generating circuit, a feedback transformer to protect from electric leakage, an output winding to provide output pulse, and a selector switch for selection of output frequency; and a waterproof vibration generating case having therein a plurality.of vibrators con trolled b the main circuit assembly to generate ultrasonic wave.
The present invention will now be described by way of example, with reference to the annexed drawings. in which.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Fig. 1 is a circuit block: diagram of the present invention; and
Fig. 2 is a schematic drawing illustrating the installation of the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Referring to Fig. 1, there is a circuit block diagram in accordance with the present invention and generally comprised of a trans+ormer main circuit 2, and a water-proof vibration generating case
The transformer 1 is to drop the voltage of home power source (110V, +or.example) to -lO-5OV for the main circuit 2. the main circuit 2 is comprised of a vibration generating circuit 21, a leakage protective feedback transformer 22, an output winding 23 to provide output pulse, and a selector switch 24 for. selection of output frequency (15-18Hz). The output winding 23 is connected to the vibration generating case s through a water-proof electric wire. Through the control of the selector switch 24, the ultrasonic wave from the vibrators 31 of the vibration generating case (3) is determined according to the frequency of the output pulse from the output winding 23.
Referring to Fig. o the tr-ansformer 1 is installed outside the bathroom away from wet vapor. The main circuit 2 is received in a FFP waterproof case 25 and installed inside the bathroom with the selector switch 24 exposed outside the FRP case 25 convenient for operation. because the frequency of the output pulse +rom the output winding 23 is set within 15-18Hz, the selector switch 24 is marked with graduation for selection. The graduation is made with one pitch equal to a. body weight of 10kgs. kn user can conveniently select a suitable frequency according to on"s boozy weight. The feedback transformer 22 is connected to a metal pipe or fitting (for example, underwater pipe, metal water tap) through an earth wire to protect from electric leakage. The vibration generaing case 3 is connected to the main circuit 2 by a flexible electric wire 32. When in use, the vibration generating case 3 iE directly placed in the bath water 4 to generate vibration. Thus, the generated ultrasonic wave is transmitted through the bat water 4 to massage the body of the people who sits in the bath water 4.
