Moulds ; moulding confectionery.- A mould for' use in the manufacture of confectionery is made of silver or tinned copper and provided with a mark or markings in intaglio or relief. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) states that the mould is made of a fine metal. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 2500/76.
