Abstract

A terminal connector for an electrical conductor wire includes a housing for receiving a conductor wire and a bifurcated portion for connection to a battery or other terminal. Each leg of the bifurcation is corrugated. <IMAGE>

Description

SPECIFICATION The structure of wire terminal and wire terminal board Backgroundoftheinvention This is an open opening terminal design of the elongate and foldable wavy structure using the surface reservation to elongate its end and to enclose it towardsthe inner side during the blockage in order to improve the defects of easy falling out of the original open opening type terminal orthe defects ofthe requirements of complete removal of the lock screw forthe closed terminal and it has also the function of the spring washer.
Summary of the invention The invention serves as a kind ofthe structural design ofwireterminal. Its main feature lies inthatthe fork-opening-shaped ring part of the terminal body hasa radiantwavypartormanyradiantwavyparts.
When it is blocked by the pressure of the block screw, it pushes the radiant wavy part or many radiant wavy parts to become flat and to enclose the block screw. It can be also used asthespring washerand increases the blockage of wire terminal.
Briefdescription ofthe drawings Figure lisa cubic structural view of the invention.
Figure 2 is a three-side view of the invention.
Figure 3 is a cubicview of another applicable example ofthe invention.
Figure 4 is a three-side structural view of Figure 3.
Detailed description ofthe invention The most normal lock ends of wire terminal used in the electriccircuitshowa hollow ring shape ora forkshape, butthis lockendsaremadenormallyod thin copper strip, therefore, it shows flat plat shape.
1/4t is often moved with the lock screw toward the forced direction during the lockage, thusitcauses the inconvenience of the operation; furthermore, if the wire terminal afterthe blockage is not completely fixed, then itwill befallen out, when it is driven by the force. It happens most often for the fork type wire terminal.
For the improvement of the above-said defects, the inventor had applied already the patent of "The structure of wire terminal and wire terminal board".
It had shown a serie of the new structure about match ofthe wire terminal and wire terminal board to resolve the above-said conventional defects. This invention informs a new kind of practical terminal structure in order to let the wire terminal structure of the original case become simpler and more practical as well as more stationary during the usage.
The details ofthe applicable example ofthis invention according to the enclosed drawings are described as follows: As shown in Figure 1 ,this invention is a structural design of a fork-opening-shaped wire terminal. Rts feature lies in that a radiant wavy part 3 coming from the center is located at the suitable position ofthe fork-opening-shaped part2ofthewireterminal 1,in which the wavy part 3 is enlarged gradually from its inner diameter to the outer border. When the lock screw with the washer pentrates through the inner diameterofthefork-opening-shaped ring partforthe blockage work, the force presses on an average upon all ring parts 2to let it show a flat shape. Because the fork-opening-shaped ring part2ofthewireterminal 1 is stamped and formed from copper plate, it has a suitable pliant strength.Furthermore, this ring part2 has wavy part 3 having the design showing gradual enlargement from the inner side to the outer side, thus let the ends ofthefork opening approach re- latively in order to form a enclosure toward the lock screw to shorten the pitch between the openings of two fork openings and to increase its stationary, so that it is not easy to fall out.
The invention can be described further as shown in Figure3, manywavypartsare located on thefork- opening-shaped ring part 2 ofthe terminal 1 in order to let the end of the fork opening have more placement afterthe lock screw has pentrated through itfor the lockage work. Thus it forms more densely enclosure toward the lock screw and increases the stationary afterthe lockage, so that it is not easy to fall out, when it endures the outerforce.
The structural design of the above-said two wire terminals has not only simple structure and easy application, but also sure stationary connecting function. It can increase the applicable feature of the wire terminal and is a new practical invention.
