Abstract

Liquid crystal 4-(4'-cyanodiphenyl) ethers of trans-4''-n-alkylcyclohex-2-encarboxylic acids of a general formula (I), where R is CH3-C7H15 of a normal structure. A liquid crystal composition for electrooptical information for electrooptical information presenting devices consisting of the following parts by weight: 4-n-pentyl-4'-cyanodiphenyl: 6-8; 4-(4'-cyanodiphenyl) ethers of trans-4''-n-alkyl-cyclohex-2-encarboxylic acids of the abovementioned general formula: 2-4.
