The trap comprises a black plastic roof (H) and side wall (A), formed as one part, and a base (B) provided with a sticky substance (E). The trap is held in place by double- sided tape (F). <IMAGE>

Description

SPECIFICATION Cockroach trap Designed for a throwaway item. Suitable for any food preparation centre, restaurants, kitchens, homes, canteens, ships, aircraft, hotels, etc.
The design is such that the cockroach is attracted by the dark crevices and the bate.
The trap is the sticky substance within the crevices.
The Praying Mantis is placed in any out of sight location, behind drawers, cabinets, ovens, fridges etc., and renewed at appropriate times and destroyed.
The method of holding in location is by double sided tape, easily placed and removed.
Traps removed for destruction are placed in plastic bags and sealed The trap is manufactured of black plastic roof and side walls as one part, the other being the base with a moulded food barrier.
Tear away tags are placed either end for easy removal. Double sided tape is placed either end to secure in position.
The trap can be any shape providing dark crevices are formed suitable to attract cockroaches.
