Kettles; heating-surfaces, increasing.-A kettle or other water-heating vessel has a vertical flue B within which, supported upon the upper edge of the flue by lugs G, is adapted to be suspended a second heating or cooking vessel F. Projections J on the top of the kettle serve to support a frying pan or other vessel, and one projection J<1> may be removable, serving as the cover of a filling opening. A lip D<1> is to prevent dirt falling into the spout, and a thumb grip E<1> is formed on the handle E.
