Abstract
212,931. Soc. Anon. MÚtallurgique d'Aubrives et Villerupt. Sept. 5, 1922, [Convention date]. Crucibles; foundry ladles.-- A reservoir 33 for discharging metal at a constant rate into a mould is provided with an interchangeable nozzle 34 and may have an overflow 46, Fig. 9, to determine the head. The nozzle 34, of a size to obtain the flow required, is secured by cotters to the reservoir. If one reservoir supplies a number of moulds the nozzles may be controlled by valves 42, Fig. 9. Heating burners 44 may also be employed.
