Abstract

The invention relates to a load platform and a conveyor track system for the transport of passenger baggage and parcels. The system includes a load platform 2 provided with a central portion that has an upper frame 4 and a lower frame 3 and side elements 6. A conveyor track guides the movement of the load platform 2. The lower frame 3 encloses a quadrilateral surface situated beneath it with an outwardly flat surface in the lateral direction. The conveyor track 1 comprises two guides which include, in an alternating arrangement rollers with horizontal axes of rotation for supporting the load platform 2 from beneath and rollers with vertical axes of rotation which laterally guide the lower frame 3. <IMAGE>
