Vent pegs.-A vent peg is formed as a tapered spile 2 with an axial bore 3 terminating in an enlargement 4 which is internally screw-threaded to take a needle valve 6 and which communicates with the atmosphere by a lateral passage 5. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 5646/89, 6628/10, 24735/12, and 197,248.
