Abstract
The carbonic acid-containing beverages, particularly beer, must be stored at the utilization location into stationary pressurized tanks (1). The refilling of the tanks (1) with the beverage must be done by tank truck (23). The beverage is introduced into the tank (1) with a pressure gas, particularly carbon dioxide. The tanks (1) have a lining (40) which prevents the liquid from being in contact with the wall. A stationary gas supply (30) is at disposal at the utilization location to draw the beverage out of the tank. When all the beverage has been drawn from a tank (1), this tank just contains pressure gas. When the empty tank must be refilled with the beverage, the pressure gas must be eliminated from the tank (1). Since the pressure gas, particularly the carbon dioxide, is normally heavier than air, it just cannot escape in the warehouse where the tanks (1) are, without being a danger for people entering this warehouse. For this reason, the tank trucks (23) must be equipped with a pressure gas pump (46) and a pressure gas tank (47), thus allowing to recover the pressure gas out of the tanks before or during the filling with the new beverage. Moreover, the tank trucks (23) must be equipped with a "recycling" system allowing to regenerate the recovered pressure gas (48) in order to use this gas again.
