Abstract

A vessel (1) for containing at least two different liquids or other fluid materials (2 and 7), either simultaneously or successively, without contamination of either one by the other, comprises a flexible bag (3) or other variable- volume container which lies within the vessel (1), the container (3) and the vessel (1) (or, alternatively, another variable-volume container in the vessel), each having its own inlet/outlet means (8 and 9 and another not shown) to enable the container (3) and the vessel (1) in a region outside the container (3) (or, alternatively, the two containers) to be filled and emptied independently of one another. <IMAGE>
