Abstract

In a driving device including a zoom lens holder 10 movable back and forth along the optical axis of the lens system, a cylindrical cam 20 mounted on the lens holder for varying a lens distance in the lens system, a guide bar 30 extending at an angle with respect to the optical axis and a connecting pin 80 fixed to the cylindrical cam and slidably engaged with the guide bar for moving a part of the lens system while moving the whole lens system, adjusting devices are provided for changing the angle and position of the guide bar to compensate for manufacturing errors which would otherwise result in displacement of the focal plane in the zooming operation. The adjusting devices comprise lamps 71 and 72 which are fixed at the ends of guide member 30, have slots 73 and 74, and are movably clamped by screws 90 and 91 to supports 41 and 42. <IMAGE>
