Abstract

In a road vehicle which is closed-in and which has a width which is relatively narrow as compared with the widths of vehicles commonly used at the present time, the vehicle includes a chassis 1 supported by road running wheels 3, a closed-in body structure (not shown) a pivotal connection between the body structure and at least a part of the chassis whereby relative pivotal movement can take place between the body structure and the chassis along an axis 8 extending longitudinally of the vehicle, and means 16 for enabling selection of the amount and sense of the relative pivotal movement. <IMAGE>
