A drawer construction having corner connecting members 19 interconnecting side and back panels of the drawer, the side panels 10 being grooved to accommodate rails 11 incorporating stops 13 and on which the drawer can slide in an article of furniture, the corner connecting members having recesses 26 forming wider extensions of the side panel grooves, said recesses being of a width to allow guide means 12 on the rails 16 on the furniture to pass the stops within the recesses, by tilting of the drawer, to allow the drawer to be removed or replaced. <IMAGE>
