Abstract

A fluid storage tank, for example an hydraulic oil tank or a fuel tank, for a vehicle. An air supply passage for the vehicle drive motor extends through the tank so that the tank can be located on the extreme rear part of the vehicle to act (particularly when it is an hydraulic oil tank) as a counterweight while ensuring adequate air supply to the motor and so that fluid within the tank is cooled by the air supply. Preferably, the passage causes air to be deflected as it passes through the tank to the motor. <IMAGE>
