Abstract

A motor vehicle comprises an outside rear view mirror assembly (16) having a mirror (24) therein, and a radar signal transmitting device (12) which is disposed within the rear view mirror assembly (16) to radiate a radar signal forward of the vehicle, so that a particular space for the radar signal transmitting device is unnecessary at the front of the body of the vehicle. <IMAGE>
