197,183. Baynton, G. R. April 28, 1922. Cases.-A number of dry cells are carried by metal studs e depending from the cover c of a box a, the cells being connected in series by metal strip i. The studs e extend through the cover c and are provided with nuts f or terminals g, the lower ends of the studs being formed with slots and screws e<2>, e<3> to secure the terminals h<2> of the cells. Additional support may be given to the cells by a yielding or flexible bottom to the box.
