Abstract

196,727. Matthews, H. Feb. 9, 1922. Draught, dust, and weather excluders. - A bar 3 is hinged to a base piece 2 secured to the door 4, and pivoted to it at its outer end is a slotted lever 8 which is engaged by a pin f on the base piece and carries an anti-friction bowl or runner 9 to engage the jamb 5 when the door is closed, in order to bring the bar into contact with the floor against the action of a spring. When it is desired to hold the bar 3 in the same plane as the base piece 2, a channel member 14 is employed.
