Framing.-Relates to framing for a doubledeck railway or tramway car of which the lower-deck floor is disposed at a low level between the end bogies, and in which central entrance and exit doors are provided. The parts of the side walls between the windows of the upper deck and the windows and doors of the lower deck accommodate longitudinal girders 1 with diagonal stays, and the ends of these girders are formed with stayed uprights 2, 2<1> which rest upon the bogie trucks.
