Indicators actuated by floats.-In an indicator of the kind comprising a slotted tube E or the equivalent which is rotated by a rising and falling float H, the indicating - dial L is covered by a metal disk J cut away at K to expose part of the dial, and by one or more sheets of celluloid. The disk J and a sheet of celluloid beneath the disk are secured to the body C of the indicator by a screwed cap Z having a glass top. The slotted tube may rotate upon balls in its top and bottom supports.
