7790. Brodie, J. H. March 30. Vehicles with mixing-apparatus.-In a mixing-device of the kind in which a mixing-drum is mounted on a wheel axle so as to turn therewith, the drum is secured to the axle and to one wheel, the other wheel turning freely on the axle. The drum 20 is mounted on a square shaft 9, to which the wheel 18 is attached. The wheel 18 and drum 20 are also connected by bolts 33. The drum also carries a sleeve 16 on which the wheel 17 revolves. The whole is mounted on a frame 2 provided with draught arrangements. The drum 20 is polygonal in section and is provided with sliding discharge doors 25 in one side and a feeding- door 29 on the opposite side.
