Perfumery ; cosmetics.-A device for applying solid perfume consists of a small tube a provided with a distributing ball c against which the perfume b is pressed by a spring d. The Specification as open to inspection under Section 91 (3) (a) states also that the device is used for applying grease, ointment, or the like, that balls, rollers, or the like are used as the distributing-agent, and that the spring d may be replaced by a screw or sliding plug. This subject - matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
