Abstract
25,138. Every, R. H. Oct. 29. Spray carburettors. -During slow running, mixture is drawn into the induction pipe 3 through a tube 12 of small bore, one end of which terminates immediately above the nozzle 4, the other end entering the pipe 3 on the engine side of the throttle valve 2. The tube is made adjustable by being screwed into an adjustable block 8, in which it is held by locknuts 11. The invention may be applied to the auxiliary nozzle of a carburettor.
