10,518. North, O. D. April 29. Fixed-abutment type of rotary pump, with piston having axially-sliding vanes as described in Specification 5081/07. The casing is formed in two halves a, b, with the joint in an horizontal plane. The abutments k, inlet ports e, f, and discharge ports g, h, are so arranged that the casing joint is not subjected to the discharge pressure of the fluid pumped.
