The cylindrical block C carrying the movable cutter B<3> is provided with a groove c engaging the shoulder s of a screw S, the rotary movement of which, in the tapped head A, serves to adjust angularly the block C with its cutter B'. The handle D is secured to the block C by means of a pin p engaging behind the head d.
