Fittings, internal; lids. - A spirally - wound receptacle, which is made of paper or like material and is intended to contain a brittle article such as an incandescent lamp, has a tubular outer body 1 and an inner part 18, into which the lamp &c. is adapted to fit. The dished endpieces 2, 3 rest against the ends of the lamp, and have finger-holes 23, 22 to facilitate their removal.
