Abstract
15,330. Weisse, P. July 20. Cut-outs.-Magazine fuse cartridges are made of porcelain in two parts, one of which carries the junction contacts for the fuses, while the other, which contains the fuse wires, can be used in a uniform shape. On the lower side of the part k, contacts a-a<3> are arranged at equal distances. These contacts are connected with a contact-ring e by the fuse wires m, which are led past small openings l in the part k. The part g carries a contactpin w, which is connected with a contact-ring x<1>. A porcelain cover y provided with a brass plate y<1> is screwed on to the contact-screw z, which is fixed in the support u. In another form of the invention, the contact-ring x<1> is screwed into the support u, and the contact-screw is fixed to the part g. When one fuse has blown, the cover is loosened, and the part k is lifted a little and turned round until the next contact engages with the contact-pin w, when the cover is again fastened.
