Abstract

190,810. Nielsen, N. J. Sept. 30, 1921. Addition to 20274/13. Drawings to Specification. Sterilizing milk &c.-In apparatus such as that described in the parent Specification for sterilising liquids containing fat globules, such as milk, in which the liquid is passed at a regulated pressure through heating and cooling coils, the regulating valve between the coils is dispensed with, the pressure being regulated entirely by the outlet valve. The two coils and the connecting tube are of the same bore., so that the speed of the milk, about 20 metres per minute or more, is constant during its passage through the apparatus. Specification 5776/05 is referred to.
