Abstract

The machine comprises a rotary annular tank (13), a base (11) and a mixer (19) which draws in the tank; a column (12) passes axially through the tank, and extends above the tank to form a guide (16) along which there runs a carriage (20) which supports an Archimedean screw (29), which draws in the tank when the carriage descends and emerges when the carriage rises, the said screw dragging the dough towards the outside of the tank when it is drawing therein. By means of this machine, it is no longer necessary to displace the tank towards the tipping mechanism in order to empty it; in addition this machine is of limited dimensions. In particular it is useful for foodstuffs, such as doughs for bread and breadsticks. <IMAGE>
