Abstract
154,468. Mackenzie, R. D., and Phillips, A. Dec. 29, 1919. Roof-lights.-A roofing or skylight window adapted to be placed at the apex of the roof consists of a corrugated angled sheet having a frame containing sheets of glass meeting in a ridge at the highest point and provided with a rain-tight joint. A rain-tight joint for the ridge comprises a metal supporting-strip h and lead &c. capping k. On the downwardly sloping edges of the glass the lead capping is applied as shown at n, Fig. 7, channels n<1> being provided to drain away moisture.
