Abstract

1537440 Abrading P C W CHAN 27 Oct 1977 44746/77 Heading B3D A rotary scraper comprises a central shaft 2 which extends between a pair of walls 11, 12 and through one of the walls for connection to a driving means, a plurality of supports 3 around the shaft and fixed between the walls, and a plurality of finger means 4 pivotally mounted on the supports, each finger means having an outer end 41 extending outwardly of the scraper at an angle inclined to a radius and an inner end 42 engaging the central shaft to limit the pivotal movement of the finger means. The finger means may consist of spring wire and each is loosely wound on a support 3.
