1537134 Door stays KUHLER UND METALLWARENFABRIK LEOPOLD FISCHER GmbH 11 Feb 1976 [12 Feb 1975] 05276/76 Heading E2F In a furniture door stay of the type in which a rod 23 is pivotally mounted (by pin 24) on an element 22 secured to a door 21 and can slide in an element 32 pivotally mounted at 33 to the article of furniture, the element 22 is slotted and has detents 40 to snap engage the rod to hold the door closed (Fig. 4). The element 32 is designed to allow easy opening but to brake closing movement and has snap engaging detents 38 to engage an end 37 of the rod in the fully open position. The rod pivot pin 24 is also a snap fit in the element 22.
