1537112 Fatty acid mono- / -diglyceride dispersions CHEMISCHE FABRIK GRUNAU GmbH 17 March 1976 [17 March 1975] 10660/76 Heading B1V A dispersion has (a) a fatty acid mono- / diglyceride mixture, 10-60% by weight, with 20-80% monoglyceride and 75-15% diglyceride (b) an anionic surfactant, 1-20% by weight of aa) alkali metal and alkylol ammonium salts of fatty acids with 10-20 carbon atoms or bb) above salts of fatty alcohol sulphates with 8-16 carbon atoms or cc) above salts of fatty alcohol polyglycol ether sulphates with 10-18 carbon atoms in the fatty alcohol radical and 2-5 oxyethylene units or dd) above salts of primary and/or secondary esters of orthophosphoric acid with alcohols which contain 10-18 carbon atoms and which are optionally substituted in the 2- position by a hydroxyl group or ee) above salts of fatty acid monoglycerides with 12-20 carbon atoms in the fatty acid radical esterified with tartaric or citric acid and c) 20-80% by weight water. The dispersions are used for the production of emulsions by a cold method.
