Abstract

1520653 Overshoes LABORATOIRES CELPHAR-WUHRLIN 9 Sept 1975 [9 Sept 1974] 37086/75 Heading A3B An overshoe comprises a lower part 1 adapted to cover the shoe of the wearer, an upper part 2 integral with the lower part and adapted to cover the ankle of the wearer, the lower part being curved to fit the rear of a shoe, and integral ties 3 for securing the overshoe in position in use. The overshoe may be made from two sheets or one folded sheet of weldable material such as a non- woven fibrous material comprising cellulose or nylon fibres. The sheets or sheet may be cut to shape and parts of the edges welded together to form the overshoe. A suitably shaped punch may be used in the cutting operation. The overshoe may be incorporated in a sterile pack and may be thrown away after use.
