Abstract

1518175 Paint applicators E A P HOWARTH 29 Sept 1975 [30 Sept 1974] 39772/75 Heading A4K [Also in Division B8] A paint applicator comprises a base 4 provided with a resilient pad 2 enclosed in an impervious bag 3 and covered by a pile fabric 1 which is folded around all the edges of the base and is clamped against the other side of the base by a backing member 5 and a base cover 10. Glue 8 may also be used to hold the fabric in position.
