1513252 Frying apparatus PROCTER & GAMBLE Ltd 1 Aug 1975 [8 Aug 1974] 35006/74 Heading A4D Frying apparatus comprises a deep-frying kettle A, a frying basket B and a shallow frying pan C which can be suspended from the upper rim of the frying basket by means of lugs a and removed therefrom by means of a handle b. The frying pan is heated by being in contact with the hot fat in the frying kettle and can be used for shallow-frying of food which would contaminate the fat in the kettle.
