Abstract

1510759 Transfer sheets BSB AG FUR MECHANISCHE BESCHRIFTUNG UND DEKORATION 6 Oct 1976 [7 Oct 1975] 41574/76 Heading B6C A decal comprises a layer of adhesive 6 connected to a design or colour layer 3 by a layer of polyester resin 4. Lower sheet 1 with release layer 2 may be provided, and adhesivepromoting layer 5 may be present between the polyester and the adhesive. Silicone paper 7 completes the decal. Adhesion between the polyester and the adhesive may also be improved by incorporation of crystalline particles into the polyester layer. The polyester layer may be coloured to form part of the design, which may be formed by multi-colour multi-impression.
