1508454 Lubricating greases BRITISH PETROLEUM CO Ltd 9 June 1976 [14 July 1975] 29407/75 Heading C5F A grease composition comprises a lubricating oil thickened to a grease consistency by a colloidal clay surface-modified by an oleophilic substance and also contains 0À1 to 10% of a nickel dialkyldithio-carbamate. The grease has improved antioxidant and load-carrying properties, and is suitable for use in hot bearings.
