Abstract

1506456 Baths BONSACK BATHS Ltd 30 March 1976 [14 April 1975] 15173/75 Heading A4N A bathtub 1 is provided with a support 2 which extends transversely of the bath and is moveable between a first stable position, Fig. 1, in which it acts as a headrest and a second stable position, Fig. 2 (not shown) in which it acts as a seat. The support 2 has projecting spigots 3 at each engaging channels 4 formed in rails secured to the bathtub or inset in the walls of the bathtub. The channels terminate in downwardly turned extensions 7 to hod the support in the Fig. 1 position with a rubber surface on the support facing upwardly, and ledges 6 support the members 2 in the (Fig. 2) position, a hardwood surface being then uppermost since the spigots 3 are disposed eccentrically. Step-like projections 13-15 provide footrests.
