Abstract
The laminated fibre web is not combustible and is flexible. In order to attain this object, the adhesive bonding the metal foil to the mineral fibre web has the following composition: 60 to 95% water glass 4 to 16% clay mineral substances 1 to 5% oxides or carbonates of alkaline earth metals or zinc, or oxides or hydroxides of aluminium or barium sulphate 0 to 5% pigments 0 to 5% phosphates or borates of monovalent, divalent or trivalent metals in dissolved or finely distributed form. Water, if required.
