Abstract

1503434 Electrical connectors SEIKO KOKI KK 23 April 1976 [24 April 1975 (2)] 16589/76 Heading H2E [Also in Division G3] The connections to two batteries E in the ease 1 of a clock (see Division G3) are made by contacts 17, 18 which are soldered to drive circuitry on a board 12 and thus also secure the board in the case. The contacts have detent tabs 17b, 18b by which they are secured between the case sides and walls 1g, and portions 17c, 18c which pass through recesses lh in the dividing walls of the case and through apertures 12A- 12C in the board. The contacts 18 have resilient tongues 18a to engage the battery while the contacts 17 have rigid concave lugs 17a to receive the battery terminals E1.
