Abstract
1502490 Making coils DAINI SEIKOSHA KK 12 May 1975 [14 May 1974] 19881/75 Heading B3A [Also in Division H1] A coil winding comprises a magnetic core 1 with an insulating PTFE or Teflon (R.T.M.) film 2 formed by sputtering and a conductive gold or aluminium coating 3 with a helical slot cut from it to leave a coil, further insulating films 7 and conductive layers 8 with helical slots 9 being applied to form a multi-layer coil. The slots can be cut by a photo-etching technique or by a laser beam. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 1,413,735.
