Abstract

1497153 Gas turbine engine air intakes AVON RUBBER CO Ltd 16 Jan 1975 1964/75 Addition to 1399886 Heading F1G [Also in Division F2] An inflatable bung as disclosed in the parent Specification No. 1399886 being modified to include two parallel diaphragms each lying in a plane tangential to the mutually outermost face of the one or more marginal inflatable tubes. In the preferred embodiment the diaphragms 2, 3 are secured to the mutually outermost faces of two marginal inflatable tubes 1, 4 which lie axially side-by-side, each tube having a valve 6, 7 for inflation and deflation, both being accessible through access panel 8.
