Abstract

1495873 Valves NISSAN MOTOR CO Ltd 9 March 1976 [18 March 1975] 9300/76 Heading F2V [Also in Divisions G3 and F1] The drawing shows an electromagnetic valve having a cylindrical armature 28a reduced annularly at 28c ... 28e to form passages of three different widths. Springs 70, 72 bias the valve to the middle sized passage as shown and the appropriate coil 74 or 76 is energized to bring the larger or smaller passage into use. The valve is used in an air/fuel ratio control system on an I.C. engine (see Division G3).
