1493019 Writing instrument AUTOMATISHE & TECHNIQUE 20 Oct 1975 [21 Oct 1974] 42969/75 Heading B6P A writing instrument has an elongate point 5 of a porous sintered inoragnic material, supplied with ink from a reservoir 3. The tip may comprise alumina or silica, and may be in the form of fibres or threads, e.g. of glass, joined by sintering. At least part of the lateral surface of the tip may bear an adherent coating of enamel.
