Abstract

1487738 Dip-moulding; stripping L R INDUSTRIES Ltd 12 Dec 1974 [17 Dec 1973] 58411/73 Heading B5A Hollow elastomeric articles, e.g. gloves, are removed from their formers by apparatus comprising pads 8 or rollers or brushes which roll back the cuff, hooks 7 which then engage the former to remove the cuff unrolled by the pads, and further means to move the hooks to remove the glove. The hooks are carried on opposed endless belts 5 driven in unison on members 2 pivoted at their lower ends enabling them to move towards and away from the former. The hooks may be inflatable.
