A suction passageway 12 extends through the body member and fluidizing passageways 14 have outlets located in the region of the base of the conical portion 13. In the embodiments of Figs. 6 and 8 the fluidizing water outlets 65, Fig. 6, and 84, 89, Fig. 8 are located beneath the lower open end of the suction passageway.
